"Everyone faces certain problems in their daily life. You can have personal, family, business or financial problems, but they must be solved or at least dealt with, so you as a person you can go on with your life. Being a woman, I used to get advice from everyone; family members, friends and co-workers, which then made the problem even more confusing. Then I wished that I wouldn't have made my business, others'. I would think to myself, "Why did I air my dirty laundry for everyone to see?"
Sometimes you just need to talk to someone who really cares about others. I found that person in my Life Coach, Dawn Allen.
I'm the type of person who has a hard time sorting through things, so when I find that I am at that stage, I call Dawn. She listens and helps distinguish the big stuff from the small. Our coaching sessions enable me to see things clearer. An analogy that I thought of, speaking of laundry; it is like letting your laundry pile up, until you are almost out of clothes - yet you don't have the energy to wash them. That is how I let my problems go. When I call Dawn, she helps me find the colors and the blacks and whites and then together we sort through and minimize or sometimes figure out a solution. Dawn has helped me with specific problems or sometimes just general everyday ups and downs, that I thought were overwhelming and ended up being insignificant after a coaching session with Dawn.
The one thing that I especially like is that Dawn does not tell you what to do.....she helps you decipher the situation, to where you can decide what is best for you.
